The property was clean and beautiful. Check in and out was very fast and efficient. Transportation was available to all parts of the resort where restaurants and activities were. The beach was clean and seaweed free. We had a great guy name Rafael who was very attentive and made sure everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Huge property with access to many facilities. 3 buffets to choose from + 9 a la carte restaurants all included. Soccer field + basketball, picker ball, and tennis courts, casino, spa, gym, and a theater. 5 pools to choose from. Gorgeous beach. Very friendly staff. At least 3 cats roaming the property at night. Gorgeous beach and impeccable sunrises.

Many options for meals and all were very good to excellent.We ate at different nationalities every night and none disappointed. Great options for families and adults. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional All Inclusive. This is a higher end resort, well worth the price. Immaculate, clean, best food I've had in an All Inclusive. Beachfront, big rooms, I highly recommend. Family friendly or Adult travel, it's a great place for all.

We loved and appreciated the staff. Caribel (sorry for misspelling her name), checked us in. She was great!!! Saudy helped me prior to our arrival. Our housekeeper was absolutely wonderful and always made sure that we had everything we needed. The El Dorado and Hibachi restaurants were absolutely delicious!

So much variety of food at the buffet, beach was beautiful, obtaining chairs by the pool/beach was easy, drinks were delicious.

Very nice resort, with nice gardens to walk and very nice facilities. Plenty of restaurants and activities planned from the People of Palladium for the residents. The beach was safe and the rest of the facilities (swimming pools, bars, public toilets, etc) very clean.

The resort is really large and the garden is beautiful. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were really nice with lots of choices of food and beverages. Also, we loved the bar and coffee shop in the lobby. Animation and entertainment are nice but not intruding at all.
